Coaching online
Our online coaching program is designed for the paddlers who want to improve their perfomance and reach their goal under the guidance of professionals of the sport.
You will receive a customized weekly training plan made up of SUP training sessions, endurance trainings and functional workouts.
The training plan will be discussed with the athletes in order to reach the best possible results taking account of their lifestyle and their every day schedules.
Through the online coaching program we will share our decennial experience in the SUP Race world and in competitive sport, guiding you towards your next event or your next challenge.
You can choose between 3 different training formulas
Basic:
Up to 5 training sessions per week

Up to 8 training sessions per week
